| All accommodation is offered subject to the availability at the time of confirming the reservation, and not at the time of the initial inquiry. To confirm a reservation we ask for a guarantee by means of debit/credit card details. Alternatively you can secure your booking with a cash/cheque deposit, the amount will be based on the length of your stay.
Please note that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy calculated back from midday of the arrival date. If you cancel within the 48 hour slot, we may charge the person who booked the room for the first night. Should you not cancel and not turn up at all, then we may charge you for the full stay. Cancellations can only be accepted by telephone and will be confirmed by e-mail/letter. Our check out time is 10.30 am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made. Persons arriving without a prior reservation may be asked for proof of identity and a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation. AS MEANS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO, JCB, CHEQUES WITH A GUARANTEE CARD & PROOF OF IDENTITY OR STERLING. Please note that due to high bank charges we are forced to charge 2% for transactions made with a credit card. |
